Find the best looking tri-tip you can find and trim the exterior fat. Coat with Jack’s Rub and place in refrigerator over night. Prepare a medium hot grill and grill the tri-tip until medium rare. Let the meat rest and prepare Jack’s asparagus. Get a hand full of trimmed asparagus, coat with olive oil and then sprinkle on Jack’s Rub. Grill the asparagus over medium heat until they are bright green and still crunchy. Serve with the tri-tip and your favorite side!
Raven’s Righteous Rub is named after an ultra-athletic German shepherd named Raven who lives down the street. This rub was carefully crafted to match Raven’s high energy level and friendly personality. When you pair this rub with roasted chicken or turkey, you will encounter a great fennel flavor blended with a righteous blend of spices.
Select four chicken breasts that have been rinsed and dried. In a bowl, sprinkle Raven’s Rub on the breasts and add 2 Tbs of Olive Oil to the bowl. Mix the chicken, rub and oil together and let them sit for an hour. Prepare a medium hot grill and cook until done. Serve immediately with string beans and mashed potatoes.

Brown 2 pounds of ground beef with 5 seeded and chopped Anaheim Chills and 1 diced medium yellow onion. Once meat is browned, add 4-5 tablespoons of Dozer Chili Rub and ½ cup of water. Simmer for 35-45 minutes adding more rub if needed. Serve on corn tortillas with taco fixings and you are set up for a delicious taco dinner.
